The Consulting Engineers of BC (CEBC) invites you to participate in the 13th Annual Consulting Engineers Compensation Survey, conducted by Western Compensation & Benefits Consultants (WCBC).
CEBC has partnered with WCBC to produce an annual compensation survey of Consulting Engineering firms in Canada. The survey has comprehensive information on:
- Current salaries & bonuses
- Expected changes in salaries for 2012
- Short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Group Insurance and Retirement Plans (analyzed by CEO, Executive, Engineering, Technical and non-Engineering staff levels)
- Policies on Vacation, Overtime, Perks and more
The survey covers 67 positions and you will receive industry specific data on engineering & technical positions, as well as data on executive, management, information technology and administrative positions. The cash compensation findings will be released in spreadsheet format enabling you to customize the analysis of the data.
