Project Engineers

New positions….new projects…new Project Engineers! These are excellent opportunities for P.Engs with at least 5 years of planning or project experience. Abbotsford manages and operates the regional Abbotsford - Mission Water and Sewer Services as well as Abbotsford’s water and sewer distribution and conveyance systems.

You will be members of the engineering management team and be responsible for delivering infrastructure engineering services for a population of 170,000. You will plan, design and asset manage infrastructure worth several $100 million including the JAMES secondary treatment wastewater plant, the Norrish advanced filtration water supply plant and trunk and local utility services. Abbotsford is a rapidly growing municipality and our current infrastructure plans for expansion and rehabilitation exceeds $800 million for the next ten years.

As organized self starters, your extensive knowledge of civil engineering and project management principles and practices are required. In addition, if you have excellent communication skills and are looking for a team-orientated and innovative work environment, these positions provide exciting challenges for you!
